Almond rawtella

When I was tasting Prague with my friends, I tried sweet spread called "Datela". It was delicious and that's why I wanted to do it by myself. I did. And how it happend? I just wrote down ingredients which could be suitable, then I used my intuition for how much this and how much that and the result is .................. (try it and then fill the gap)!

Pistachio Matcha Rawcake

When you are lactose and egg intolerant and you want to eat gluten-free, it is not easy to find a recipe for a suitable dessert. I'm glad there is a raw food and its recipes! I'm a big fan of pistachios and matcha too, so I went crazy when I saw this recipe on the websites :) It was so easy for me, because I usually have every needed ingredient in my fridge or pantry (I guess you don't but every ingredient written here is healthy and good for you so don't hesitate to buy them). As usually, I transform original recipe into my own recipe - I used more accurate units and ingredients I had at home in that moment. The result was more than tasty, it was delicious! Even my oldschool grandma with her boyfriend liked it very much! It is a proof you have to make an effort to get the special ingredients and make this cheesecake too :)

Chocolate chilli cheesacake

First thing when I arrived (I really don´t want to mention the duration of my exhausting and dreadful journey...grrr!) to Birmingham, my sister, she told me: "We need to bake something, my housemate is going to celebrate his birthday on Saturday!". So the plan for the rainy Friday morning was settled. Only question was, what should we bake? My sister bought a few packages of fresh full fat cheese, so we decided to bake a cheesecake, chocolate chilli cheesecake (my idea), because everyone who had ever tasted it, felt in love with it! When you are not a big fan of spicy things, just add little bit less chilli than we used.

First time I did chocolate chilli cheesecake couple years ago I followed recipe on the blog Chez Lucie, but its final form is changed and created by me. So if you want to pleased someone who loves spicy things, this cheesecake is perfect for it!

Cocoa avocado pudding

Cocoa avocado pudding was one of the most surprising dessert I have ever made. Have you ever imagined or heard before, that you can prepare pudding from avocado? With the nearly same texture like real chocolate pudding has? No? But it is possible and the result is awesome!
