Mango raspberry chia pudding

When my mother told me about chia seeds for the first time I didn't pay attention at all. Two years later chia seeds have become well-known all over the world. They call it superfood and it has lot of proven benefits for our healthy (you can read it more here). Normally, chia seeds has no taste and to make a pudding from them I found as the easiest way how to eat them. Chia pudding is a great breakfast because mostly it has already been prepared with no work during the night. And the best part? You can do it thousand different ways according your taste or pantry supplies.

Sweet millet dumplings with strawberries

When I decided to remove almost all gluten from my meals I was looking for a classic flour replacement. In our organic store I found surprisingly a lot of gluten-free flours, for example millet, buckwheat, chick pea and amaranth. For this recipe I chose millet one, because millet is well known in our family for years. The real advantage of millet flour and hazelnuts is, that if you do these dumplings in advance or if you have leftovers, they won't get as hard as usual wheat dumplings. The other thing I hate about preparing wheat dumplings - dough is sooo sticky. Gluten-free, sticky-free :) And of course, hazelnuts make them much more tastier and unusual!

Zucchini hummus

I really love hummus but I only had known classic chickpea hummus until I saw recipe for zucchini hummus on website rawfoodrecipes.com. There are at least three different recipes for raw zucchini hummus but I decided to follow my own chickpea hummus recipe and I only switched zucchini instead of chickpea and also amounts of each ingredients are little bit different. It's tasty, it's healthy, it's raw and it's lighter than classic chickpea hummus. And it perfectly matches with fresh zucchini for dipping!

If you have never ever ever eaten fresh zucchini you missed a lot! (Don't worry, I ate my first fresh zucchini month ago in Hungary - and I felt in love with it :) ) Do you know that it's crunchy? But you have to choose a small one, no longer than 20cm, hard and without any damages. Bigger ones start to be mealy and the middle it's not tasty at all. Try it, it is worth!

Vegan summer rolls

It was my first experience with rice paper and it was a really good experience. I guess I will repeat this recipe very often with a different filling. In the begining, I thought that I was making a raw summer rolls but tofu is not compatible with raw food unfortunately. So finally, it is not raw, but it is vegan, healthy and sooo tasty! Mainly the dipping sauce is incredible. I follow dip recipe from rawfoodrecipes.com, but I've changed it a little bit. If you do it for the first time like I did, don't be upset when your rolls won't be perfect - practise makes perfect! :)

Glutenfree banana pancakes

Today, I want to introduce my favorite breakfast far away for last months - it is really easy and tasty so don't hesitate to try it!

You can find banana pancakes recipes everywhere on internet, but I want to share my own improved one. The trick is that you add protein powder into the batter and your pancakes will be more compact and you can turn them easily to other side without tearing. And the protein powder adds them flavour so you won't be bored from always the same banana taste - my favorite is chocolate with peanut butter (yes, I am deeply in love with peanut butter - you can buy it here). So let's start!

Cocoa avocado pudding

Cocoa avocado pudding was one of the most surprising dessert I have ever made. Have you ever imagined or heard before, that you can prepare pudding from avocado? With the nearly same texture like real chocolate pudding has? No? But it is possible and the result is awesome!
